Countdown to ’07 already underway

Before you know it, the 2007 season will be upon us.  The 2007 NFL Draft is now less than two months away, and then it will be time for mini-camps, then before you can blink the 2007 schedule will be out, complete with big games and people starting to make their travel plans complete with tickets for those marquee games.  The regular season is slated to kickoff on Thursday, September 6th with the now annual game featuring the Super Bowl champs – this year that of course would be the Indy Colts.  You can bet that tickets for the RCA Dome that night will be the toughest in town to get!

The regular season extends until January 30th, with teams taking their shots at making it to the field of 16 – the playoffs.  From there its four tightly contested weeks until we’re down to the two teams that will represent their conferences in Super Bowl XLII, which will take place this year in Glendale, Arizona, home of the Arizona Cardinals.  The Bowl will end what should be a memorable year in the NFL, and the final event of the actual season will take place the following week in Hawaii, the Pro Bowl.  So who’s it gonna be in 2007?  The Colts will be an early favorite of course, followed by the always tough Patriots, the Chargers, and the Ravens in the AFC.  The NFC is topped with contenders like the Bears, Saints, Eagles and Cowboys.  No matter who you root for, everyone wants tickets to all the action for the upcoming 2007 season
