Maybe Minnesota Vikings RB Adrian Peterson won’t win MVP like Kurt Warner, Michael Irvin and Deion Sanders hope, but he is most concerned with trying to win a Super Bowl. There’s also a chance AD shatters the all-time single-season record for rushing yards. He needs 208 yards to break Eric Dickerson’s all-time record. He ran for 210 at Lambeau Field earlier this season and 212 at St. Louis vs. the Rams this season as well. He plays the Packers at 4:05 PM ET.
There’s a better shot that Detroit Lions WR Calvin Johnson hits 2000 receiving yards. He needs just 102 at home against the Chicago Bears today to do that.
