Blair Walsh Has the Record For Most Field Goals From 50 Yards and Further


Vikings K Blair Walsh
is now has the NFL’s all-time single season record for field goals from at least 50 yards, after nailing a 56-yarder vs. the Texans in Houston. He followed it up with a 41-yarder to put the Vikings up 13-3, which is the score at halftime.

Hitting 9 consecutive 50-yarders (Walsh has hit all 9 attempts from 50 and beyond) is also an NFL record for Walsh.

He also has 47 touchbacks.
