The status of Redskins QB Robert Griffin III will pretty much be how he feels when he gets up Sunday morning in Cleveland and tries out his injured knee on the field at Browns Stadium.
Redskins players told Fox Sports insider and NFL Network contributor Jay Glazer that Griffin has been limited to individual drills this week with no first-team reps at all.
Santana Moss stated on 92.3 The Fan in Cleveland Friday that he has no idea if his starting QB will go Sunday or not.
Griffin has been throwing to wide outs this week, but many feel that his sprained knee will keep him out of Sunday’s big game vs the Browns.
Kirk Cousins has taken all the first-team reps. Redskins coach Mike Shanahan said Friday that Griffin’s status will be announced Sunday.
The Redskins officially listed Griffin as questionable to play Sunday.
