The Broncos and their reborn QB stayed hot Sunday, as Peyton Manning threw for 270 yards and three touchdowns in a 30-23 win over the Chargers to all but wrap up the AFC West.
Manning finished with 25-of-42 efficiency and an interception returned for a score by Eric Weddle for the Broncos (7-3), who have won five consecutive outings, and have swept the Bolts.
Brandon Stokley totaled four receptions for 55 yards and one touchdown, Demaryius Thomas and Eric Decker added TD catches, and Willis McGahee ended with 55 yards on seven carries.
Philip Rivers went 24-of-40 for 258 yards, two TDs to Danario Alexander and as many interceptions for the Chargers (4-6), who slid to their fifth defeat in their last six.
