Hurricane Sandy is playing havoc with the East coast and cities, but one NFL game set for Metlife Stadium Sunday will go on as planned between the Steelers and Giants.
The NFL says there is no damage to MetLife Stadium and the game will go on at its regular start time of 4:25pm Sunday.
Steelers coach Mike Tomlin said today, “ I’m sure the National Football League office in New York is looking at options, and we’ll just simply wait to hear what they have to say, or not say. In the meantime, we’re going to proceed with the plans until we hear otherwise.”
