Matt Forte is Back Tonight vs. Cowboys

NFL Network’s Jay Glazer says that, barring a “freak accident”, the Bears will play RB Matt Forte tonight against the Dallas Cowboys on Monday Night Football.

With Matt, the Bears are 1-1 vs. the Cowboys. In those two games, Forte has just 10 carries for 29 yards and no scores on the ground. He does have a TD with 5 catches and 37 yards receiving against them. Expect him and especially Michael Bush to get good amounts of carries if the game is close. This is a new-look Cowboys defense (though they will be without NT Jay Ratliff and will probably be without OLB Anthony Spencer).

Matt is listed as a game-time decision due to a week 2 injury to his ankle at Lambeau Field against Green Bay.
