The Titans worked out veteran wide receiver Mike Sims-Walker today, looking to possibly add another vet to the teams WR core.
Sims-Walker posted a career-best 63 catches with Jacksonville in 2009 along with seven touchdowns, and added 43 catches with seven touchdowns in 2010. But he was ineffective last season, totaling just 12 receptions in six games and getting cut by both St. Louis and Jacksonville.
He was placed on injured reserve by the Jags last November and underwent knee surgery.
Sims-Walker participated in a Houston Texans’ mini-camp earlier in the offseason, but wasn’t signed.
