Washington and Rookie QB Robert Griffin III Agree to Terms

The Redskins have their franchise QB under contract, as the team has come to terms with Robert Griffin III.

According to Adam Schefter of ESPN, Griffin has inked his rookie deal, and will report to camp with the club. Albert Breer of NFL.com reports the deal is for four years and worth $21,119,098, fully guaranteed.

Griffin is expected to be the runaway winner of the teams summer QB battle, and will be the starter opening day for the Redskins after being the second overall pick in this last April’s NFL Draft.
