Case Keenum Goes To The Texans

The Houston Texans have signed record-breaking undrafted free agent University of Houston Cougars QB Case Keenum.

They had a private workout with Keenum two weeks ago, and he is going to compete for the chance to back-up Matt Schaub and T.J. Yates.

One of Keenum’s best targets was Patrick Edwards, who signed undrafted with the Lions (along with Kellen Moore). Teammate UH WR Tyron Carrier has not been signed yet.

The Texans signed physical MLB phenom Shawn Loiseau, undrafted out of Merrimack, too.
