Woody Johnson Leaves Door Open For Second “Hard Knocks”

Rich Cimini of ESPN New York says that Jets owner Woody Johnson has not received a formal offer for a new installment of “Hard Knocks: Training Camp With the New York Jets”, but that he has expressed interest. Rich also says there has been some informal talks about it between the organization and HBO.

What could audiences see?

Tim Tebow praying over a player’s injury?

Bart Scott and Rex Ryan trying to contain their swagger?

Antonio Cromartie taking another stab at “Name My Kids”?

More Joe Namath visits?

One thing’s for sure: With Tim Tebow, LaRon Landry, and potentially playmaking new draft picks in fold, the Jets would boost the ratings of any NFL show. I’d also be looking out for new shots taken at Bill Belichick. Revis just called him a “jerk”, and it’s no secret the Patriots and Josh McDaniels had interest in new Gang Green additions LaRon Landry and Tim Tebow. Patriots-Jets is the second-best rivalry in the NFL, after Steelers-Ravens.
