The Cardinals Add William Gay

The Cardinals have signed CB William Gay, making the Cardinals defense near elite status now. Gay announced it on his Twitter.

After letting up 3 TD passes to the Ravens in the season’s initial game, Pittsburgh allowed just 12 more in the next 15 games, William Gay starting 14 of those.

In fact, the Steelers’ pass defense shut down opposing offenses – holding five of their last six opponents to 9 or fewer points – before nearly their entire defensive line got hurt in the Wild Card game against the Broncos. It was also Ike Taylor, not Gay, that was locked up on Demaryius Thomas during Tebow’s game-winning connections.

Hit “Like” or the Facebook share button if you think Big Red’s defense is looking stout with Patrick Peterson, Sam Acho, Darnell Dockett, Calais Campbell, William Gay, and Adrian Wilson.

Good riddance. He has been bad. The D line and linebackers kept our secondary looking good, until the injuries, then they were exposed. BTw, doesn’t Whis have his own staff, are they lazy or what? They pick up our slouches all the time
