Michael Vick – The Most Hated Athlete in America

It’s evident that even after three-seasons in the NFL, America still has not forgiven Philadelphia Eagles quarterback Michael Vick.

In a recent poll done by Forbes, Vick was voted number one in ‘America’s Most Hated Athletes of 2012? for the second straight year. This shouldn’t come as a surprise to many Eagles fans, at is seems every time Vick’s name is tossed out around any other fan, it is followed by an immediate frown and negative comment. There is still no almost no respect or love for Vick outside of the city of Philadelphia, and people are struggling in finding any reason to forgive him.

Every time I see him take a hard shot,I can’t help but think Karma. If he gets one that ends his career,it won’t break my heart. After recently losing my own dog, I dug into just how inhumane this man was toward dogs. It was worse than I thought. He’s a true sociopath and he really shouldn’t be allowed to have a pet, especially a dog. His path towards redemption may or may not be real, but it’s really about getting caught. He’d still be torturing dogs otherwise.
