The Dolphins Hire Ken O’Keefe as Quarterbacks Coach

The Miami Dolphins will enter next month’s free agency with a host of questions for the quarterback position. Could Moore mend fences with Marshall? Is Peyton Manning ready to play? What about Flynn?

Yet, they do know who their receivers coach will be: Ken O’Keefe, who was the offensive coordinator for the Iowa Hawkeyes.

O’Keefe held the position for 13 years, and the Iowa Hawkeyes have scored around middle of the pack in the Big 10 – with 2006 and 2007 landing near or at the bottom – for most of the last eight seasons. The Quad City Times has tweeted that the hire is happening.

Interestingly, Iowa WR Marvin McNutt will be going early in April’s draft.
