As the Patriots and Giants gear up for this weekend’s Super Bowl, NFL stars Wes Welker and Hakeem Nicks are battling off the field for a Milk Mustache championship.
The duo understands the biggest game of their lives deserves the best breakfast, so they start every day with milk to help fuel and nourish their bodies, whether it’s Super Bowl time or anytime. The Giants and Patriots wide receivers will be featured in the 16th annual Milk Mustache Super Bowl ad that will run in USA Today on Friday, February 3.
Whoever wins the gridiron battle will join the likes of Aaron Rodgers, Michael Strahan and John Elway with his own solo Milk Mustache ad featured in USA Today on Monday, February 6.
The joint ad copy reads, “This Sunday, we’re pouring it on. The biggest game of our lives deserves the best breakfast. Milk’s got the nutrients we need to start our day off right, and to fuel up to play 60. But sharing the trophy? That’s another story.”
The players also participate in Fuel Up to Play 60 — a fun, interactive program that encourages kids to eat right and be active for at least 60 minutes every day.
