The Saints Hire Steve Spagnuolo As Defensive Coordinator

The Saints and Rams are switching defenses, ostensibly, as the Rams are hiring former Saints DC Greg Williams for the same job and now the Saints are hiring former Rams head coach Steve Spagnuolo for defensive coordinator.

Jay Glazer of NFL Network has reported the hire, and ESPN’s Chris Mortensen says that Ken Flajole – Steve’s DC for the Rams – is going to be brought in with him, possibly as defensive backs coach.
