Jagaurs Ask for Extension to Sell Tickets for Sunday

The Jaguars plan to ask the NFL for a 48-hour extension until 1 p.m. Saturday to sell enough non-premium tickets to avoid a TV blackout for Sunday’s game against the Texans according to Vito Stellino of the Florida Times-Union. When teams ask for an extension, it typically is a sign that they plan to show the game in the local market.
