Brady Not a Big Fan of How Pats Played in the First Half

Tom Brady didn’t sound pleased with the way his team played in the 34-3 beat down of the Kansas City Chiefs. The Patriots struggled in the first half, only scoring 10 points.

“Obviously the first half we didn’t do anything,” Brady said by way of the Boston Herald. “I don’t think it could have gotten much worse than what we did in the first half. But I thought we came out strong in the second half and took control in the third quarter. It’s good to get a win at home after the loss last time.”

“We just sucked in the first half,” Brady said. “If you can’t complete a pass, you’re not going to move the ball. Can’t run it, can’t complete a pass – we just didn’t do anything.”
