The Bills announced the signings of wide receivers Kamar Aiken and Derek Hagan to the active roster.
Undrafted out of Central Florida, Aiken had seven receptions for 97 yards for the Bills during the preseason and has been on the team’s practice squad since the start of the season.
A 2006 third-round pick out of Arizona State by the Miami Dolphins, Hagan has 96 receptions for 1,083 yards and five touchdowns during a 65-game career with the Dolphins (2006-08), New York Giants (2008-10) and Oakland Raiders, where he caught 11 passes for 114 yards in six games, including two starts, earlier this season.
After his release by the Raiders, Hagan had a workout last month with the Detroit Lions.
Aiken and Hagan replace wide receiver Donald Jones and cornerback Terrence McGee, who were placed on injured reserve. The Bills also re-signed guard Keith Williams and added cornerback Prince Miller to the practice squad.
