The Seahawks head to the midwest and return to NFC West division play this Sunday at 1:05 p.m. (PT) as they face the Rams at the Edward Jones Dome where they are 6-4 all-time.
The game will be televised on FOX (channel 13 in Seattle) and broadcast on 710 ESPN Radio and 97.3 FM in Seattle. On FOX, Chris Myers will serve as the play-by-play man, joined in the booth by Tim Ryan, with Jaime Maggio roaming the sidelines. On 710 ESPN Radio and 97.3 FM is former Seahawks receiver Steve Raible in his 30th year of broadcasting, joined by Hall of Famer Warren Moon, with Jen Mueller handling sideline duties.
It will be the 26th regular season meeting between the two clubs and 19th since joining the NFC West. Seattle leads the series 15-10. The Seahawks have won 13 of the last 17 meetings, including a 10-game winning streak that began in 2005 and snapped with a 20-3 Rams win in St. Louis on October 3 last season.
In the most recent meeting on January 2, 2011, the NFC West title was on the line and subbing for an injured Matt Hasselbeck, Charlie Whitehurst connected with Mike Williams for a touchdown and Olindo Mare converted three field goals to give Seattle a 16-6 win and its fifth division crown in seven seasons.
