Ravens Visit Seattle For the First Time Since 2007

The Seahawks return home and wrap up AFC North play this Sunday at 1:05 p.m. (PT) when the Ravens visit the Emerald City for the first time since 2007.

The game will be televised on CBS (channel 7 in Seattle) and broadcast on 710 ESPN Radio and 97.3 FM in Seattle. On CBS, Greg Gumbel will serve as the play-by-play man, joined in the booth by Dan Dierdorf. On 710 ESPN Radio and 97.3 FM is former Seahawks receiver Steve Raible in his 30th year of broadcasting, joined by Hall of Famer Warren Moon, with Jen Mueller handling sideline duties.

It will also be broadcast nationally on Sports USA with Larry Kahn and John Robinson in the booth, with Troy West on the sidelines.

This week’s game marks only the fourth meeting between the two clubs with Baltimore leading the series, 2-1, that began in 1997 but has been played every four years under the NFL’s scheduling formula.

After the Cleveland Browns moved to Baltimore following the 1995 season, the Ravens and Seahawks met twice during the regular season both in Baltimore. The Ravens won the initial meeting, 31-24, in 1997 and in overtime on November 23, 2003, by the final tally of 44-41.

The Seahawks won in the only other meeting in Seattle on December 23, 2007, a 27-6 victory.
