Joe Paterno Has Been Fired

Three months ago, would you even fathom that above headline even remotely, on the farthest moon of endor remotely, possible?

If your answers yes your lying.

Michael Robinson, I mean even this has me gripped somewhat, a terrible night.

Currently there are 1000′s of very pissed off college students in the process of mid-terms out rioting, knowing how that can ware you to a frazzle, the combination isn’t good.

I have a friend who goes to Penn State, and she said it’s absolutely crazy right now, for any WAZZUers reading this, think bigger then those riots a decade ago.

What to think of the fallout is probably a confused opinion for many. Even if you don’t follow Penn State football, if you follow football you probably know who Joe Paterno is.

The winningest college coach ever, the ironman, the Brett Favre of coaching, the one coach out of so many coaches you would have put a “this will never happen to” label on, to me it’s nothing short of stunning what has unfolded.

When the Miami crap got unearthed, most were or would have said that was the largest scandal ever, I think even though the death penalty won’t be used that it’s safe to say this Penn State situation takes the cake.

What to make of Joe Paterno does not really matter, his legacy is absolutely tarnished, it doesn’t matter what he did say or didn’t say, who he said it to or didn’t say it to, if he’s a little responsible or not responsible at all.

Unfortunately, and this may sound crude, this entire situation will likely kill Joe Paterno just because of his age.

Not just college football, but sports, has lost one of it’s mighty, this is a solemn day for sports.
