Bradshaw, Nicks, and Baas ruled out; Barden activated

The Giants announced that center David Baas, wide receiver Hakeem Nicks and running back Ahmad Bradshaw did not make the trip and have been ruled out for Sunday’s game against in New England.

Baas (knee), Hicks (hamstring) and Bradshaw (foot) had been listed as “Doubtful” on Friday’s injury report. Kevin Boothe is expected to start at center for Baas, with Brandon Jacobs getting the majority of the carries for the injured Bradshaw.

Bradshaw leads the Giants with 440 yards and five touchdowns, while Nicks has a team-high 38 receptions for 575 yards.

The Giants also activated wide receiver Ramses Barden off the physically-unable-to-perform list. The Giants had a spot open on their roster to add Barden.

A 2009 third-round pick out of Cal Poly, the 6-foot-6, 235-pound Barden has six receptions for 80 yards in his nine-game career. Barden is coming off an ankle injury that ended his 2010 season.

Pierre-Paul, Amukamara: Both defenders made the trip to Foxborough and Prince possibly could make his NFL debut on Sunday.
