After missing last weekend’s game in the Big Apple, Dolphins rookie running back Daniel Thomas says he will play at Arrowhead against Kansas City on Sunday.
“I feel good,” Thomas said. “I went through practice the whole week. Held up pretty well. So I’ll be ready to go Sunday.”
The Kansas State product has missed three games this season, while appearing in four. According to his pattern of missing games, he will play against the Chiefs after sitting out the Giants game last week.
“It’s pretty frustrating, doing that – playing one game and missing two and everything,” said Thomas, who has actually made a habit of playing two games and then missing one. “So I’m just ready to go out there and play, finally.”
On the season, Thomas has registered 75 rushes for 302 yards (4.0 ypc), and has caught seven passes for 49 yards.
