Should Nicks Really Play?

Well, an injury to a Giant shouldn’t be surprising to Giants fans because 6 players have already been placed on IR and Ahmad Bradshaw may be heading there soon. Last week late in the fourth quarter, Hakeem Nicks hurt his hamstring-his hamstring that has been hurting him throughout the season. As of today, Nicks told reporters that he is feeling better but does not want to risk playing and injuring it further more. While talking to the media, Nicks said he would rather miss this week to be careful with hamstring than land himself on shelf for 3-5 weeks. This weeks game versus the Patriots is a big game- a rematch of SuperBowl 42 in which the Giants won 17-14. If Nicks were to miss this game, the Giants would be missing their number one WR and best player on offense besides Eli. My question to you is, should Nicks play and risk injuring his hamstring even more?
