CB Justin Tryon suffers a broken arm; headed to IR

CB Justin Tryon may have saved the day when he made a terrific special teams tackle on Dolphins RB Reggie Bush that resulted in a four-yard loss. But what’s even more impressive is that he did it with a broken right arm that now requires surgery. Tryon, who the Giants just signed a few weeks ago, will head to season-ending IR and will require surgery, this according to Giants head coach Tom Coughlin. With Tyron now gone, Tryon gave the Giants the ability to but S Deon Grant in the box and allow him to play up. Now without CB Justin Tryon, the Giants will need CB Prince Amukamara even more now. Coughlin went so far as to say that Tryon was an “inspiration to me” by playing with a severely broken arm for two quarters.
