Arian Foster Again Wins AFC’s Offensive Player of the Week

For the second time this month Texans running back Arian Foster has been named the AFC’s Offensive Player of the Week, the league announced. Foster had 25 carries for 115 yards and two touchdowns and caught five passes for 119 yards and a 78-yard touchdown in the Texans’ 41-7 win over the Titans on Sunday.

Undrafted coming out of Tennessee in 2009, Foster went to the Pro Bowl in 2010 after leading the NFL with 1,616 yards and 16 rushing touchdowns. Despite two and half games with a hamstring injury, Foster ranks 10th in the AFC in rushing with 420 yards and is ninth in the conference and 15th in the league with 725 combined yards this season.
