Dolphins sign QB Losman; place Rosenfels on reserve list

The Dolphins announced that they have signed free agent quarterback J.P. Losman.

To make room for Losman, quarterback Sage Rosenfels has been placed on the “Reserve/Non-Football Illness” list.

A 2004 first-round pick out of Tulane drafted by the Bills, the 30-year old signal caller spent most of last season as the No. 3 quarterback with the Seahawks.

The replacement for Chad Henne under center, Matt Moore, has completed 38-of-67 passes for 401 yards with a touchdown and two interceptions the last two games for the Dolphins.
