Seahawks: Carroll Amuses With LeBron James Jersey

It’s certainly intriguing but about as likely as the Seahawks making the Super Bowl this year.

I’m sure you’ve heard the buzz about LeBron James possibly joining the NFL if the NBA lockout progresses deep into the regular season. Out of most NBA players, he is the most oft one discussed when pondering what he could look like as a tight end.

Seahawks coach Pete Carroll had a jersey made up for LeBron and offered him a tryout, stating he sees him potentially as a touchdown scorer.

It seems to be all in good humor, but what would happen if things actually got serious and LeBron took him up on his offer? Is Pete Carroll going to turn him away from the VMAC Center if he just decides ala Chad OchoCinco and MLS to show up and give it a shot?

At a time when were seeing more and more players jumping overseas to play basketball in spite of a lockout that by all means appears it will take out at least half the season; it will certainly be intriguing to see if any will jump sports entirely.
