Cowboys wide receiver Dez Bryant didn’t want to address the crushing 34-30 fall to the Lions, or their foolish head coach Jim Schwartz, for that matter.
With that said, the Oklahoma State legend seems to be moving around better as his bruised thigh progresses.
“I’m about 80-85 percent,” Bryant said after Wednesday’s light practice at Valley Ranch.
Then came this bold statement from Dez: “I’ll be 100 percent for New England.”
The Patriots showdown, Oct. 16, should be the return of several key players including fellow wide receiver Miles Austin, who missed the last two contests with a hamstring injury.
With Bryant and Austin in the lineup, and adding the solid play of Laurent Robinson, the passing attack should provide the Patriots, who are last in the NFL against the pass, with some trouble.
