Dolphins Work Out Veteran CB’s Washington and Hood

Aaron Wilson of Scout.com reports the Dolphins tried out veteran cornerbacks Fabian Washington and Rod Hood, according to a league source.

Washington was placed on injured reserve with the Saints with a hamstring injury and an injury settlement was reached, making him a free agent

Washington is a former Raiders first-round draft pick from Nebraska. Hood has previous stints with the Eagles, Cardinals, Titans and the Bears.

Hood, 29, has 234 tackles and 14 interceptions.
