Cowboys Bring Back WR Laurent Robinson

With Miles Austin and Dez Bryant hurting, the Cowboys have re-signed receiver Laurent Robinson. Robinson has 89 catches for 1,000 yards and four touchdowns over two seasons with Atlanta and two with St. Louis.

The Cowboys signed Robinson before the opener. He got hurt in practice and didn’t play, then was cut last week. Cornerback-kick returner Bryan McCann was released to clear a spot for Robinson.

Dallas plays Washington at home on Monday night. The Cowboys have so many injured players that they aren’t working out Wednesday.

Austin left the last game when he aggravated a hamstring injury and Bryant missed the game with a thigh problem.
