Report: Rams RB Jackson will not play tonight against Giants

Albert Breer of NFL Network reports after testing his quad out, Rams RB Steven Jackson told him he will not play tonight. “Just can’t open up,” he said

Cadillac Williams’ number will be called often in the ground department tonight in the Big Apple.
