Source: Saints Sign First Round Pick Cameron Jordan

Jordan Was A Steal At Pick #24

“I think I’m insane.”

Those were the words of New Orleans Saints’ 24th overall pick, defensive end Cameron Jordan.

At 6-foot-4, 287-pounds, Jordan ran a 4.76 40-yard dash at the NFL Combine.

According to ESPN’s Adam Schefter, the “insane” product of Cal has agreed to a deal with the Black and Gold.

The contract is worth $7.73 million over four years, with the final year not guaranteed.

Keep an eye on the former Golden Bear, as he’s likely to play with a chip on his shoulder in the Big Easy.

Unsigned first-round draft picks:

Offensive tackle Nate Solder – Patriots, No. 17 (Colorado)

Defensive lineman Corey Liuget – Chargers, No. 18 (Illinois)

Cornerback Prince Amukamara – Giants, No. 19 (Nebraska)

Defensive tackle Phil Taylor – Browns, No. 21 (Baylor)
