Michael Lombardi reported on NFL Network Monday that Jerricho Cotchery is available in trade for the right price in the right deal. Lombardi posted this message on Twitter:
“Yes confirmed from 2 NFL team sources, the Jets are willing to trade WR–Jerrico Cotchery-possiblely to free up cap space and sign other FAs”. Cotchery has been a Jet since 2004 and has been a productive receiver over the years reaching a career high 82 catches for 1,130 yards in 2007. Cotchery can come in an serve as a 2nd or 3rd receiver on most teams and has a good run after the catch ability.
