Bengals Release DE Odom

Sacked Rodgers Five Time In Week Two Of ’09

With second round pick Carlos Dunlap (Florida) posting 9.5 sacks during his rookie campaign last season, the Cincinnati Bengals found injury-prone defensive end Antwan Odom expendable.

Today, they announced the release of Odom.

Odom suited up for only four games in 2010 due to a wrist injury and suspension.

In 2009, after starting off the season with eight sacks in six games, Odom tore his Achilles tendon.
