Patriots Interested in Adding Free Agent Guard Robert Gallery

According to sources, the New England Patriots are rumored to be “enamored” with guard Robert Gallery to firmly replace the retired Stephen Neal.

It’s not that I was expecting the Seahawks to be the only team interested in the best available interior lineman, but it will certainly be stiff. No one would attempt to argue who has the better players on their roster between Seattle and New England. At the same time though, they both finished the season losing in the divisional round of the playoffs; the result was the same.

Gallery is hardly the only quality player available, many would argue Harvey Dahl is a better player.

Both will get their payday. Guys like Justin Blalock, Davin Joseph, and Deuce Lutui are certainly nothing to complain about.

I wouldn’t be surprised to see the Cardinals get in a bidding war with their divisional rival either.
