Inside Running
Mark Ingram, Alabama
-Ingram doesn’t hesitate to get to the line of scrimmage and won’t shy away from contact in space. He runs bigger than his already solid size.

Outside Running
Noel Devine, West Virginia
-Noel had more than eight runs of 50 yards or more while at West Virginia. He’s small in stature and needs space, but once he has room, not many can catch him; exceptional speed and quickness.

Breaking Tackles
Kendall Hunter, Oklahoma State
-Consistently shakes arm tackles and runs with power; Kendall Hunter is a ball of muscle and is very tough to bring down due to his squatty and powerful build. His size allows him to win leverage and churn out tough yards.

DeMarco Murray, Oklahoma
-Murray was as much a receiver as he was a running back at Oklahoma, leaving with almost 150 receptions. He’s a very natural pass catcher and can be used to create mismatches at the next level.

Mikel Leshoure, Illinois
-Leshoure showed aggressiveness and was very pro-active when taking on linebackers. His willingness to protect coupled with his size translates well as an every down back.

For pass-catching, after Kendall Hunter and Demarco Murray, Mario Fannin is the next guy that I would take. He set school RB records for receptions and receiving yards and he has good vision, and a lot of suddenness and moves.
