Finley, Clayton both carted off during 1st quarter

Doesn’t look good for Finley

Early injury news update: Green Bay Packers uber-talented tight end Jermichael Finley (right knee) was carted off the field in Washington during the 1st quarter.  Jermichael suffered the injury on the second play from scrimmage, while trying to make a tackle on Redskins safety Kareem Moore following a Donald Lee fumble.  He will not return.

As for St. Louis Rams #1 WR Mark Clayton, he left the game with a leg injury.  Sam Bradford will now be without his favorite target.  His leg has been immobilized, and will not return. While running a route down the sideline, Clayton’s leg was caught from underneath him.  Unfortunately, it seems like this could be a potential season-ender for Clayton.  Not only is Mark’s story quite a remarkable transition on the field for the Rams, but personally off the field for him, as it is even more remarkable.  What a transformation.
