Starting to have a feeling of despair in Cleveland

I have to admit leaving Browns Stadium yesterday, I had a feeling I don’t like at all, but normally have leaving that place on Sunday for the past eleven years. This year was supposed to be different, the team was going to start off 2-0 and head into Baltimore this week with a chance to surprise some people and upset the Ravens and get a signature win.

Now we are 0-2 and seem to be light years from the teams first win. It’s going to be a long year and seems to look very similar to last years start. The coaches can’t make adjustments at halftime and with that the team can’t get points in the second half.

The team has only one first down in the fourth quarter and five three-and-outs throughout the first two weeks of the season. Something needs to change with this football team. It is to early to fire the coach but the Browns needs some sort of change to right the ship.

It isn’t fair to the people who show up and support the team to be let down every week and every year. Where did the Wildcat go? Why are we afraid to use that formation after so much success with it last season? Why can’t we run the football after finishing last season being the eighth best team in the league?

We are turning the football over and with the talent we have on this team we can’t afford to do that. I hope this team can some how turn this around this year but I am not expecting that to happen.

With that being said the only thing that can happen to make this feeling go away is some how getting a win against the Ravens. I am not sure how we are going to get a win but its not my job to figure that out.

Coach Mangini needs a win on Sunday because the Hot Seat is extremely hot and is just going to get hotter as losses mount on.
