LenDale White was expected by many, including yours truly, to have an impact on the Seahawks’ 2010 season. We were wrong.
Within the past hour, Seattle announced via press release that the team waived the running back that the Seahawks spent two draft picks on in a trade with the Tennessee Titans during the final day of the 2010 National Football League Draft.
“It became apparent at this time that LenDale was not ready to be a member of the Seattle Seahawks,” said Seahawks General Manager John Schneider in the press release. “It just did not appear to be the right fit at this point in our program. We wish LenDale all the best with his future.”
