Seattle Could Lose VP of Player Personnel to Tennessee

Ruston Webster’s days in Seattle could be numbered.

According to a story by the The Tennessean‘s Jim Wyatt, Webster, Seattle’s Vice President of Player Personnel, has talked with the Titans about joining the organization.  What his role would be in Tennessee is still unclear.

Webster’s been Seattle’s VP of Player Personnel for four years with a short stint as the team’s interim general manager.

Prior to coming to the Seahawks, Webster spent 18 years with the Tampa Bay Buccaneers, in which he served in both pro and college personnel departments.

In 2007 he interviewed with Tennessee for the team’s general manager position.
