Report: Rams Should Trade For Redskins QB Campbell

The Bleacher Report has Jason Campbell listed as the most buzzed about trade option in the NFL this morning… as well they should.  Here is what they have to say on the matter of trading Campbell to a team (post McNabb) who is more in need of a starting QB than Washington who now has their pick of three:

Ever since the Redskins acquired Donovan McNabb on Easter Sunday, Campbell’s name has be floating around in various trade talk.

With teams like the Bills, Rams, Panthers, and Seahawks all needing more help at the position, Campbell could be wearing new colors very soon.

The Rams would be the smartest team to make a move on Campbell in my opinion, since he can instantly be a starter for only a third or fourth-round pick, and then the Rams can mess up all mocks and draft boards by selecting one of the top two defensive tackles instead.

If the Rams traded Campbell for a second, third, fourth, fifth, sixth — you know what IT DOESN’T MATTER!!!    The Redskins need all the picks they can get this draft since they only have a first, fourth, and fifth round pick to speak of in 2010.

Great god almighty, trade the man so you can fortify your other positions!!

Geez, I sound like I’m playing Risk….

They will trade Jason before Saturday to get whatever they can for him. Jason is of no value to the Redskins except as trade bait to help us fill draft postions. He could really screw us by just going to play in Canada but he wants to be an NFL QB.
