The Worst Rushing Teams in the NFL

From Doug at FootballBurrito.com

The best teams at running the ball last year all had good seasons, where do the worst teams rank?

#32 Arizona Cardinals

Who needs to run the ball? Arizona finished 9-7 but won the NFC Championship with a great passing attack. Another RB to pair with Hightower and some upgrades along the OL will help the 4 minute offense finish off games.

#31 Indianapolis Colts

Another good team that abandoned the run. The 2006 Super Bowl Champion team finished with 30 yards more per game on the ground and more balance is needed.

#30 Detroit Lions

This is what happens when you can’t run the ball and you don’t have a QB to make up for it.

#29 Cincinnati Bengals

Same story as Detroit with Carson Palmer injured. With Palmer back and some improvements in the draft the Bengals should be back in the playoffs next year.

If you can’t run the ball you better have a great QB who can make up for it. Tomorrow we break down the worst passing teams.
