Brady and the Pats Arrive in Arizona; No Boot This Time

Brady seems fine

The Pats have arrived in Phoenix. Yes, the 18-0 Pats are now in the state where they will play for the Super Bowl one week from today. The team arrived about 7:35 eastern time, and in the rain walked from the plane to their buses, where they were taken to their hotel. The big news was the arrival of Tom Brady, and if he would be limping and what not. Well, it took sometime for him to leave the plane, but he finally did, and when he did not appear to be any worse for wear (insert sigh of relief here). From now, it’s time for the media to begin to start bombarding Brady and the rest of the team with questions about their latest Super trip.

As far as the sendoff was concerned, it was rather quiet, and of course it all had to do with Brady and his non-boot that he was not wearing anymore. “Now this is Foxborough faithful right here,” Brady told a cheering crowd of about 15,000 after he reached the podium at midfield along the Patriots sideline. “We can just go ahead and play the game today. Thank you guys for coming out.” It is being said that Brady has a mild high ankle sprain.
