This list is a heck of a lot thinner than that of running backs.  The Bears have a decision to make with Grossman, and I would be willing to bet as an unrestricted free agent they let him try the market.  As for the Raiders, they are going to let JaMarcus Russell run the show in 2008, so both Culpepper and McCown will be allowed to go elsewhere, unless they may want to snag McCown for cheap if they can get him for backup purposes.  The big name is Derek Anderson, and the Browns will have a tough decision there, as they have seen nothing to Brady Quinn to know if he can handle the position, yet the team does not want to go backwards after going 10-6 this season.  My bet is that they sign DA to a 1 or 2 year deal, then listen to offers for him.  Quinn Gray is another guy that could get some looks.  The Dolphins will look at Cleveland for one of their two QB’s, and will talk to Phil Savage about what it may take to pry one away.
