Chargers Gab Editor Jim Dubenetzky’s Week 7 NFL Picks

Terrell Owens (81) and Chris Canty (99) have some fun while they workout during football practice

Season: 43-39-8.  Last Week: 6-6-2

At WASHINGTON -8 Arizona
Washington’s defense is will likely shut down the offense of Arizona
while the Redksins grind out the clock on the ground winning this game

At New Orleans
I’m not buying into the Saints just yet.

BALTIMORE              -3 At Buffalo
This will be a “grind it out” tyep of game.  Baltimore will dominate
because they can stop the run and while the Ravens offense isn;t
stellar the Buffalo defense isn’t as good as they looked against

At Dallas
              -9.5 MINNESOTA
I like Dallas to win but I dont think they will cover.  Minnesota will
keep the ball on the ground and eat up the clock keeping the ball out
of Tony Romo’s hands.

NEW ENGLAND        -17 At Miami
New England has covered the line in every game this season.  They will
whoop Miami.

NY Giants
       -9.5 SAN FRANCISCO
The Giants win this one but I think they SF defense will force a few
turnovers that keeps this game within 9.5 points.

At Detroit
        -2.5 TAMPA BAY
Jeff Garcia doesn’t make mistakes and the Bucs have improved their
running game.  I like Tampa Bay to win this game outright.

Tennessee        -1.5  At  HOUSTON
I am not jumping off the Texans band-wagon just yet.  I think they
will play well at home against the Titans.

At OAKLAND        -3 Kansas City
Oakland’s D will not let Tony Gonzales have a big day and they will
shut down Larry Johnson.  Oakland is going to win this by quite a few.

At Cincinnati        -6 NY JETS
The Bengals are defunct.  They have no sense of team or continuity.  I
don’t feel confident in the Jets either but I am more confident in NY
than Cincy.

At Philadelphia -5 CHICAGO
Donovan McNabb will not have a good day as the Bears defense comes
after the overweight QB.  A few big plays on offense for Chicago will
win them this game.

at SEATTLE        -8.5 St. Louis
I don’t like this game at all.

PITTSBURGH        -3.5 At Denver
The Steelers have tons of players returnign from injury and will
flat-out dominate the Broncos.  No doubt.

     -3 At Jacksonville
I want to take the Jags in this one but 3 points is not enough.  They
have a great D but Peyton Manning is still Peyton Manning and Marvin
Harrison and Joseph Addai wil be back from injury.
