Johnson Says He’ll Sit Out Season If No New Deal Comes From KC

LJ

The holdout of Chiefs running back Larry Johnson will continue, as the back and the team are still nowhere where they need to be in terms of coming to a deal for the upcoming season. Johnson is invovled in a bitter holdout, as he is under contract to the Chiefs, yet feels that he should get a contract extension that should pay him what he feels he is worth. Johnson recently spoke to ESPN, and stated that he is ready to sit out the season if need be. Click below to hear a portion of the interview done with Johnson.
