So if your wondering what Terrell Owens is doing instead of going out and sweating with his teammates on the practice fields of the Dallas Cowboys, the answer can be told. He’s taking in a little hoops. Owens was on hand Saturday night at Quicken Loans Arena in Cleveland to take in game six of the Eastern Conference Finals between the Cleveland Cavaliers and the Detroit Pistons.
T.O., dressed in a nice sweater and sunglasses, greeted Cavs officials as well as friends that he holds around the league as he and an unidentified youngester took in the game. This is not the first time that Owens was at a Cavs game recently, as he took in game three of the series last Sunday in Cleveland.
Many stories have been written latley about Owens, who just Friday got a $3 mil bonus for being on the Cowboys roster. He also will earn $5 mil next season with the team. Last year Owens had 85 grabs for 1,180 yards and 13 TD’s. He and Terry Glenn both passed on recent OTA’s with the Cowboys, who are undergoing the first offseason with new coach Wade Phillips.
